Muay Thai’s round kick uses the shin, not the foot, and carries devastating force. Kicks target legs, body, or head—and can end a fight with one strike. The teep (similar to a front kick) is used to keep distance, off-balance opponents, and deliver damage. These kicks are core to Muay Thai’s power and rhythm, and unlike those in most other striking arts.
