PUNCH BACK DETAC

Like everything at Empower, Defensive Tactics are available at your pace. These classes incorporate techniques from a variety of disciplines to provide skills in a Mixed Martial Arts style of combat to give students multiple tools to utilize in an emergency. It is suggested to attend two or three sessions in order to get a foundation for the concepts of self defense. From there you can attend the Muay Thai class of your choice to develop and hone skills to take with you, or you can rest easy knowing you can always book a Punch Back DETAC class to brush up or address any new issues or questions.

Punch Back DETAC is offered to all ages in a 3-day seminar form, or in one hour classes over six weeks.
