A high-energy class built around five- three minute rounds that combine movement, technique, and conditioning. This workout keeps your fundamentals for all levels—Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced— sharp while pushing your pace. This class helps you maintain and evolve your skills through focused, dynamic work.
For a higher intensive, fighter style workout, replace rest periods with isotonic and isometric exercises.
Use it as a quick make up class or to level up your skills!
